Signing Day 2017 - CU/CUP Leads the Way

Cincinnati United Soccer Club is happy to announce the college commitments for its graduating class of 2017. In all, 42 student athletes will be playing college soccer this fall at a college or university. More student athletes are finalizing their college decisions and we will update those as they make their selections. Cincinnati United Soccer Club has sent more than 500 players off to play college soccer through the years and continues to lead the way in preparing student athletes for the next level.
“Signing day is always a special time," said Cincinnati United Executive Director Scott Rodgers. "I am so proud and excited for our players as they prepare to take their game and schooling to the next level. They have all worked so hard to earn this opportunity and I am looking forward to watching them all take on the future.”
"We are very proud these student athletes will continue their soccer careers at the next level," said CUP Girls Director of Coaching Bobby Puppione. "These players have excelled in the classroom and on the soccer field, and we are excited to see them play collegiately this fall. These players were developed in our program and we are happy to see so many girls from all levels of our club heading to play for their school. We wish them all the best in the future.”
"We are very excited to see our boys from both CU and CUP realize their dream to play soccer in college," said CUP Boys Director of Coaching Scott Bower. "This is not an opportunity many young men get to realize and has been accomplished with focus, hard work, and with support from their families. The boys, parents, and and their siblings should be applauded for the sacrifices they have all made to make this possible. It is our hope that CU/CUP has played at least a small part in supporting their efforts! Best of luck to our boys in their next step of their career and know that they are always welcome back to their club to help inspire the next generation."
Congratulations to all of our student athletes!
