Cincinnati United Soccer Club is looking for a Director of Coaching of the CU-Lakota/ Monroe site.  Cincinnati United is the fastest growing most competitive club in the Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana area.  The Club currently fields 190 teams with over 2,500 players.  We are the largest and most successful club in the Cincinnati market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Report to the Executive Director and/or the CU Board of Directors
•    Design weekly/ monthly/ seasonal training schedule
•    Coordinate winter training program
•    Organize a one week summer camp for club
•    Oversee club trainers and coaches
•    Oversee Player Evaluation Process to ensure that all players receive a timely evaluation
•    Coordinate coaching educational opportunities
•    Communicate with club members via email, phone, text and other social media outlets
•    Implement and facilitate club tryouts
•    Participate in a recreational outreach program

The ideal CU Lakota/ Monroe DOC candidate would have the following qualifications:
•    A current USSF license or equivalent
•    Have or plan on attending the USSF National Youth License
•    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Have extensive coaching experience at the youth, high school, college or professional levels.  Exposure to coaching at the recreational, travel and premier levels preferred
•    Have knowledgeable of state/ regional/ national soccer cultures and the issues facing youth soccer
•    Able to work effectively within a diverse volunteer organization
•    Computer competent (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher, Outlook)
•    Be able to work independently in an efficient and professional manner
•    Be a team player
•    Be willing to travel
•    Be willing to work weekends
•    Must demonstrate high moral and character values
•    Teaching background is preferred, but not required
