The CUP Boys Development Academy program and the Cincinnati Development Academy (CDA/girls) program kicked off their seasons at the beginning of September as part of the US Soccer Development Academy. The DA is the top program in the country for boys and girls soccer and the main pipeline to US Youth National teams. The CUP Boys and the CDA Girls are the only Development Academy programs in the area.
The boys DA program has teams competing in the u12, u13, and u14 age groups. The teams compete in the Great Lakes (u12) and Mid-America (u13-14) conferences.
The girls DA program has teams competing in the u14, u15, u16/17, and u18/19 age groups. The teams compete in the Mid-America conference.
The Academy Program focuses on positively impacting everyday club environments to assist in maximizing youth player development across the country. The Academy values individual development of elite players over winning trophies and titles. The Academy sets the standard for elite environments for youth soccer clubs nationwide.
